I am watching because I'm fan of Naruto and now that I already started, I am curious and I must at least see the story to satiate it. Now I regret that I even started to watch this. Trash is trash, no matter what you do with it. Also fck some fans with Dragonball shenanigans, wanting to see Naruto's grandkids, pushing Kishimoto into this even though he clearly said that he doesn't want to. This is the result, just a half assed mess at this point. He shouldn't hype this thing up with all the work he has done at the start, if it is to end up like this.

Kishimoto literally said he wanted Boruto to surpass his own work. He wanted Boruto so he made it. Its as simple as that, If Kishimoto himself said it, there's nothing you can come with that will counter it.

Original Naruto is trash compared to Shippuden. It had the same issues Boruto had with weak ass shinobi being the determining factor in fights that Jonin should be able to handle. As well as having annoying kids being the main cast. Shippuden got rid of most of those issues.

Boruto is pretty good, imo better then original Naruto, but not quite at Shippuden levels because Boruto needs to grow up and actually become a worthwhile Ninja.

Actually most people who dislike Boruto are only coming here for the few episodes that were actually good, which is about 3-5 episodes out of 200+.
Maybe you should accept that a lot of people dislike this show instead of trying to use shitty fallacies to try and belittle opinions you disagree with like some brain dead 12 year old.

Naruto had a lot of decent episodes with a lot of filler in between.
Boruto is a lot of filler & pointless canon episodes that are basically the same as filler, with a couple of occasional decent episodes in between.
